A fearless rebel and rule-breaker in the best sense, Carol has always challenged conventional models and advocated for radical change in both individuals and organizations. She possesses a rare ability to see not only what is but what can and will be—venturing where others hesitate, with a playful yet uncompromising approach.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Carol immigrated to Canada at 19 with the bold conviction that life could be lived beyond traditional constraints. She first built a successful accounting firm, transforming tedious and complex financial processes into experiences infused with clarity, simplicity, and even joy.
Her path soon shifted toward human potential, where she found her true calling. In 2011, she founded Shift Happens, a registered Canadian charity bringing coaching for many years to vulnerable teens and individuals searching for meaning in their lives.
Today, Carol is an exceptionally skilled and certified Neuro-Transformational Coach (CNTC), Akashic Records practitioner, facilitator, non-profit visionary, and passionate advocate for human possibility. She is also on the faculty of BEabove Leadership, having completed their renowned Neuroscience, Consciousness, and Transformational Coaching Certification Program—the only program that unites coaching, consciousness, and neuroscience into an advanced certification.
